Last night 19 skydivers spell out the word Honda in the UK's first live tv promo, inspired by the car manufacturer's new advertising strapline: "Difficult is worth doing".
"The stunt is a means of gaining publicity for Honda's new multi-million pound ad campaign, which features 45 skydivers promoting the Honda Accord by creating a series of shapes over the Mojave desert to reflect new features on the car."
Interesting experiment in consumer perception, Brand Tags presents a series of brand logo's and all your required to do is submit the first word or phrase the pop's into your head. Maybe not the most original concept, but nicely executed and you can see key word results for each of the brands with the typical cloud formation of tags. Delveloped by Noah Brier
Extremely cool project by artist Erik Nordenankar. Check out the website for some more information including the travel instructions given to DHL, and a great little video documenting the piece. This strikes me as a brilliant ad campaign by DHL, which would explain why they'd go out of their way to do this; either way, very cool stuff.
