What is the Pika pika?

Hello ! I'm takeshi. I go by TOCHKA with Kazvon. Now I tell you what the "PIKA PIKA" is. Thank you!

We took a photo of each image using long exposures and put them together to make them look like one animation. We got all sorts of friends in different fields together to work on this project. People can meet new friends as they create a piece art very easy which brings every one happiness.

Guerilla: Ball made of a bulk of jeans

Visitors watch a two-ton ball made of a bulk of CK jeans in an exhibition center in Xiamen, east China's Fujian province July 13, 2006. The exhibition is themed " Fashion Slave" and every visitor has the chance to capture $625 cash reward if he or she works out how many jeans constitute the ball. [via]

Helvetica, the movie

Helvetica is a feature-length independent film about typography, graphic design and global visual culture.
It looks at the proliferation of one typeface (which will celebrate its 50th birthday in 2007) as part of a larger conversation about the way type affects our lives.
The film is an exploration of urban spaces in major cities and the type that inhabits them, and a fluid discussion with renowned designers about the choices and aesthetics behind their use of type.
