Eric is passionate about ideas and experience. He grew up enamored with creativity and business which lead him to study at the Emily Carr Institute. He now guides creative at smashLAB while fostering an atmosphere of pragmatism and design-focused thinking. He has led a number of interactive projects for start-ups and national organizations. In 2007, he spearheaded Design Can Change, an effort to unite designers to address climate change. Eric writes about design at ideasonideas.com and is working on his first book.
