Biography:

Scott Rench is an artist and designer based in Chicago, IL. USA. In first grade, his parents were told by his teachers that he was generally a problem student but that he excelled in art. The Indiana native took his first class at age 7 and many years later he received his M.F.A. from Edinboro University. As a ceramist for over 15 years, Scott has developed a technique of creating images on a computer and then transfering them to large clay slabs. His innovative work has been featured in exhibits and publications all over the world. Self-taught on the computer Scott has translated his creativity into a successful career in advertising.
